You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilieagle login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
jilieagle will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilieagle that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify jilieagle immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jilieagle accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials or have shared them with a third party.
jilieagle supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jilieagle's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount at jilieagle is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.

You may close your jilieagle account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
